I started Florida Home Purchases in 2019, but the reason goes back further than that.

When my grandmother passed away, my family was grieving. The last thing any of us wanted to deal with was a house. A cash investor stepped in, made a fair offer, kept the process simple, and let us move on without the added stress of repairs, showings, or wondering if a deal would fall through at the last minute.

That experience stuck with me. I saw firsthand what this business could actually be — not just a transaction, but a genuine service to families going through some of life's harder moments.

So I went out and built it.
